Assistant Manager - Management Accounting

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate analysis and forecast reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Be an integral part of the management accounting pillar.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and cross functional teams to obtain accurate data for forecasts.
  • Facilitate the team in monthly, bi-annual and annual planning cycle of the business.
  • Evaluate financial feasibility of investments / business decisions as and when required.
  • Lead, motivate and nurture a high performing team.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by the business.

Person Specifications

  • Should possess a Professional Qualification in Accounting and a Degree or equivalent in Accounting/ finance.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong financial modeling capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with advanced working knowledge in Power Point.
  • A customer focused and customer service mindset.
