Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing
Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential growth areas within the relevant business context and develop programmes to drive sales.
- Work with stakeholders and ensure the timely execution of special day programmes.
- Lead the relevant cross departmental teams and provide plans and solutions for business matters.
- Ensure the execution of promotions within set frameworks.
- Develop customer engagement/ experience programmes to drive positive habits/perception and sales.
- Understand business data and review mechanisms and review all relevant programmes conducted by the business.
- Observe market conditions and take proactive decisions while sharing knowledge with wider teams.
- Manage the given budget and look for opportunities to gain savings.
Person Specifications
- A Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM UK or completed 2 parts of the given, or a Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing. Prior experience in handling trade marketing activities would be an added advantage.
- Exceptional team management and PR skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in at least 2 languages
- A customer-focused service oriented mindset.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach.
- A goal-oriented and organized team player.
