What you need to do
- Guide and support the internal SAP support team on all SAP ISR/PO support-related activities.
- Work with departments to identify requirements, discuss with the management and obtain necessary approvals, convert business requirements to processes and implement.
- Guide the support team on all SAP integration-related activities and support.
- Manage and administer collection center IT operations.
- Develop a document for new processes and changes.
- Manage and maintain SAP user manuals.
- Assist and guide the SAP Support team on all SAP ISR/PO-related activities, such as pricing, item activation etc.
What you need
- Should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Information Technology or another relevant field.
- Minimum 1 years’ work experience in a similar capacity.
- Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills together with the ability to work in a team environment and follow up on tasks.
