Associate Solutions Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Assist onboarded suppliers to smoothly conduct their transactions on KANE.
• Assist new suppliers in registering with Keells via the KANE platform.
• Provide the necessary training and guidance for suppliers to ensure they are comfortable with the KANE system.
• Provide the necessary training and guidance for internal users to ensure comfort with the KANE system.

Person Specifications

• Should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any such related field.
• A Minimum  1 years’  work experience in a system-related field.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Change management agent skills.
• Interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills.
• Analytical Skills.
