Business Development Executive - Retail Media Network

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with FMCG vendors, agencies, and other key stakeholders to drive the adoption of our data services offering
  • Collaborate closely with FMCG vendors, marketing teams, and agencies to plan and execute campaigns that align with their objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize reach and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and oversee hyper-targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for the Data Services division.
  • Identify new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive growth.
  • Prepare negotiation strategies and engage in productive discussions to secure favorable terms and agreements for all parties.

Person Specifications

  • Full/Part Qualification in CIM/CIMA/ACCA or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Data Analytics.
  • Distinctions in English and Mathematics at the A/L or O/L examinations will be a plus.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Data-driven Marketing or FMCG would be an added advantage
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Demonstratable aptitude in effective negotiating.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
