Consultant - SAP and Master Data Support

What You Need to Do
- Provide functional guidance and support to the internal SAP Support Team on SAP ISR, SAP PO, and integration-related activities.
- Manage SAP Article Master Data activities, including article creation, maintenance, activation, extension, UOM, and data accuracy across SAP ISR/EWM and related systems.
- Coordinate with Business, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to define, validate, and implement SAP master data requirements.
- Guide the SAP Support Team in resolving article master data, pricing, activation, integration, and data synchronization issues.
- Coordinate and support SAP ISR and SAP PO requirements for new outlet openings, including pricing, item activation, system configuration, and integration requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on SAP support and master data activities, ensuring timely resolution, effective stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in SAP support, SAP master data, SAP integration, or a similar capacity.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP ISR, SAP PO, SAP EWM and SAP Master Data would be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Good teamwork, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple requirements in a timely manner.
