What You Need to Do
- Ensure availability in the responsible category by minimizing gaps.
- Engage with supplier-facing demand planners and category managers to forecast demand volumes accurately.
- Process orders and follow up with outlets to confirm availability.
- Drive sales volumes by ensuring product availability.
- Reduce waste by ensuring the correct volume is delivered to the correct store.
What You Need
- A Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Engineering / Physical Sciences / Mathematics / Supply Chain / IT or a Professionally Qualified candidate in CIMA / ACCA / CIM.
- A good knowledge of the technical aspects of fresh food will be an added advantage
