Coordinator - International Logistics

What You Need to Do

• Verify final rates against approved quotations and obtain the necessary management approvals to facilitate payment processing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure payments are processed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the system and follow up on pending system approvals.
• Monitor and follow up on pending invoices and required payment documentation with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and organize both soft and physical copies of relevant documents.
• Ensure all documentation is properly filed and readily accessible for reference, audit, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the timely completion of payment-related activities.
• Provide timely updates and follow up on outstanding matters to ensure smooth operational processes.

What You Need

• G.C.E. Advanced Level or an equivalent qualification.
• An undergraduate qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Open to entry-level candidates; prior experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good planning and coordination skills.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
