Executive - B2B fresh Operations

What You Need to Do

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the SAP system.
• Monitor and update customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment.
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of customer and order information within the system.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide order updates and resolve queries.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Address and resolve order fulfilment issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Update and maintain spreadsheets to track B2B operational activities and performance.
• Prepare operational reports to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

What You Need

• Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination in any stream, with passes in three subjects.
• A Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience working with SAP or any ERP system will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in handling customer orders and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
