Executive - Employee Support Centre
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely recruitments in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate attendance records for training programs and external visitors.
- Prepare and organize training materials and resources ahead of scheduled sessions.
- Review rejoining requests from former employees and coordinate with relevant departments to assess their suitability.
- Handle rejoining-related concerns and ensure a smooth reintegration process.
- Plan and implement campaigns for promoting job vacancies across various platforms.
- Publish recruitment advertisements through appropriate media channels.
- Conduct call campaigns and other outreach efforts to attract and engage with potential candidates.
- Manage and update candidate databases to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow.
- Responsible for handling Employee transfer requests.
Person Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a recognized equivalent Professional Qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment.
- The ability to lead and implement operational improvements and process optimization initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Confident in public speaking, making announcements and delivering presentations.
- Highly self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement and excellence.
