Executive - Employee Support Centre

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely recruitments in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for training programs and external visitors.
  • Prepare and organize training materials and resources ahead of scheduled sessions.
  • Review rejoining requests from former employees and coordinate with relevant departments to assess their suitability.
  • Handle rejoining-related concerns and ensure a smooth reintegration process.
  • Plan and implement campaigns for promoting job vacancies across various platforms.
  • Publish recruitment advertisements through appropriate media channels.
  • Conduct call campaigns and other outreach efforts to attract and engage with potential candidates.
  • Manage and update candidate databases to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow.
  • Responsible for handling Employee transfer requests.

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a recognized equivalent Professional Qualification.
  • Minimum  2 years’ work experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment.
  • The ability to lead and implement operational improvements and process optimization initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Confident in public speaking, making announcements and delivering presentations.
  • Highly self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement and excellence.
