Job Responsibilities

  • Identify the correct root cause to issues raised and ensure suitable resolutions without any impact to the outlet’s operation.
  • Manage costs within the allocated budget and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Ensure the availability of adequate suppliers for the assigned areas.
  • Maintain proper asset records.

Person Specifications

  • Should possess a Degree or Diploma from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 2 year’s work experience in Facilities Management or a relevant field.
  • Excellent planning, communication and organizing skills.
