What You Will Do
- Own and analyse assigned General Ledger accounts, delivering accurate forecasts and plans.
- Drive the weekly Spend Control Committee - preparing cash dashboards and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across the business.
- Lead marketing finance activities, including GL ownership, budget tracking, reconciliations, and management reporting in close collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Prepare insightful financial analyses and ad-hoc reports to support leadership decision-making and financial control.
- Monitor the outlet accounting function, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations across assigned outlets.
- Actively contribute to projects assigned on process improvements and cost saving initiatives
What You Need
- A Degree and/or part qualification in a recognized professional accounting body (CA, CIMA, ACCA, or CMA).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance function or similar environment (prior audit experience will be considered an added advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with sound knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines,reliable,accountable and results oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,a team player with a proactive and positive mindset.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and continuously learn.
