What You Will Do
- Assist the clearing team with outlet sales reconciliations and handle outlet-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide financial support to outlets and coordinate with relevant Head Office stakeholders.
- Perform cash and sales reconciliations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Carry out General Ledger (GL) reconciliations within the assigned scope.
- Analyze expenses and income streams on a weekly and monthly basis to support company-level forecasting.
- Actively contribute to assigned projects, particularly those focused on process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
What You Need
- Part qualification in a recognized finance related professional qualification or a degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance function or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of core finance processes and functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive mindset.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
- Goal-oriented, well-organized, and a strong team player
