What you need to do
- Monitor daily Meat & Seafood operations across outlets to ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
- Identify quality issues promptly and coordinate with relevant teams to implement effective corrective actions.
- Ensure all handling, storage, and processing practices comply with hygiene, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Track stock levels, stock transfers, and product movement across outlets to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Ensure product availability is maintained at required service levels and address replenishment gaps in a timely manner.
- Monitor category sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve sales growth and category contribution.
- Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to the reporting manager based on operational and sales data.
- Analyze wastage trends, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective measures to minimize losses.
- Support the achievement of company targets related to wastage control, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure outlets adhere to display standards, communication guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, including sales, wastage analysis, stock variance reports, and location-specific performance reports, while maintaining data integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with cluster teams, outlet supervisors, and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations and timely execution of action plans.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of productivity and efficiency initiatives, providing recommendations based on operational observations and data analysis.
What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or a related field.
- A Diploma or professional qualification in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in retail operations, fresh category management, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Experience in Meat & Seafood handling, stock management, quality control, or wastage management will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of retail operations, inventory management, food safety standards, and supply chain processes.
