Executive - Fresh Operations (Vegetable & Fruits)

What you need to do

• Monitor daily Vegetable & Fruits operations across outlets to ensure freshness, quality and presentation standards are maintained.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate timely corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Ensure proper handling and storage practices are followed to maintain product quality and minimize damage.
• Track stock levels, stock transfers, and product movement across outlets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain product availability at required levels to meet customer demand and address replenishment gaps promptly.
• Monitor Vegetable & Fruits sales performance, identify trends and support initiatives to improve category sales.
• Analyze operational and sales data to identify performance gaps, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Identify abnormal wastage trends, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce losses.
• Support the achievement of agreed company targets for wastage control and inventory optimization.
• Ensure outlets comply with display standards, communication guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support audit and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with cluster teams, outlet supervisors, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of action plans.
• Identify and support the implementation of productivity, efficiency and process improvement initiatives

What you need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
• A Diploma or professional qualification in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in retail operations, fresh category management, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Experience in handling Vegetables & Fruits, stock monitoring, quality control, or wastage management will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
