Executive - Fresh Operations

What you need to do

• Monitor daily fresh operations, identify quality issues and ensure timely communication with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
• Track fresh category sales performance, analyze stock levels, monitor stock transfers and ensure proper product availability and movement across outlets.
• Identify abnormal wastage trends, investigate root causes and implement corrective measures to minimize losses.
• Ensure outlets adhere to display standards, communication guidelines and operational procedures.
• Prepare analytical reports, including sales performance, wastage analysis and Location 3 variance reports.
• Collaborate closely with cluster teams, supervisors and cross-functional departments to review performance and enhance operational efficiency.

What you need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a Diploma in Business Management or professional qualifications/certifications in Retail Management, Supply Chain, Quality Management or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in retail operations, fresh category management or supply chain operations. Experience in fresh product handling, stock monitoring, sales analysis and wastage control will be an added advantage.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and supply chain processes.
• Ability to monitor operational standards and ensure compliance across multiple outlets.
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
• High level of integrity and accountability in reporting and decision-making with a proactive approach to handling operational issues.
