What You Will Do

• Act as the Management Representative during SLSI 1432:2011 audits, ensuring audit readiness, proper documentation, and compliance at outlet level.
• Participate in periodic internal audits across outlets, focusing on food safety, GMP, occupational safety, and environmental hygiene practices.
• Assist in maintaining and updating Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in line with SLSI standards and internal requirements.
• Coordinate with outlet teams to address non-conformities identified during audits through effective corrective and preventive action plans.
• Maintain audit records and follow up on the implementation of recommendations across relevant outlets.
• Provide guidance and training to outlet staff on audit preparedness and quality compliance.
• Liaise with third-party auditors and relevant regulatory authorities when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to the review and enhancement of quality and safety procedures.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology or a related field, with a sound understanding of food safety principles, microbiology, chemistry, and food processing techniques.
• Diploma or relevant professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.
• Good understanding of best practices in retail operations.
• Knowledge of pest control practices; exposure to entomology and pest control services will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy, with the ability to handle documentation and reporting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Food Safety or Quality Management Systems within the food service sector.
• Ability to work effectively in agile environments with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong willingness to learn, with good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Energetic and passionate individual who can collaborate closely with team members.
• Willingness to travel across the country when required.
