What you need to do

  • Manage employee profile creation and documentation for interns, supervisors and Head Office staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Issue first-day appointment letters in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process direct payments, salary advances, and part-time payments; support payroll confirmation processes.
  • Administer medical insurance processes, including new enrollments, dependent additions, and renewals.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities such as confirmations, contract extensions, internship extensions and issuance of confirmation and service letters.

What you need to do

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
  • Experience in payroll support, EPF/ETF processes, or HR systems will be an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with HR Information systems (e.g., HIVE, SAP)
  • Good understanding of labor compliance, including EPF/ETF regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
