What you need to do
- Ensure 100% completion of department and counter standards audits in accordance with the audit schedule.
- Visit all outlets, boarding places the Distribution Centre and collection centers on a monthly basis as per the audit planner to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Achieve 100% accuracy in the audits conducted, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and addressed.
- Maintain complete transparency throughout the audit process, fostering trust and clarity at all audited locations.
- Conduct accurate "Gap Scan" audits to identify process gaps and ensure product availability on the shop floor and provide recommendations for improvements based on audit findings.
- While conducting audits, perform relevant activities to ensure that outlets adhere to the correct practices consistently.
- Understand and communicate potential improvements to outlets based on audit findings and provide actionable feedback and guidance for enhancement.
- Ensure all department SOP manuals are up-to-date and reflect the agreed-upon guidelines from the audits conducted.
What you need
- Possess a Degree/ Advance Diploma in Business Management or an Equivalent Qualification from a Recognized University.
- Possess a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Computer literacy.
- Minimum 2 year’s work experience in a retail store environment and working as a Dry Supervisor or Store Supervisor will be an added advantage.
