Executive - Prepared Food Development (Field Operations)

What you need to do
- Carry out on-site assessments of Prepared Food counters, evaluating product quality, freshness, and visual presentation.
- Evaluate service standards at point of engagement.
- Assess compliance with hygiene standards and Standard Operating Procedures
- Flag training or facility gaps observed during visits, routing them to the appropriate department for resolution
- Monitor counter-level revenue and profitability indicators
- Relay observations from the field to planning and commercial teams to inform decision-making
- Interpret patterns in the data gathered to pinpoint root causes and recommend workable fixes
What you need
- A Degree/Diploma in Food Business Management (preferred), Business Management, Food Science, or other relevant qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in a similar role preferred
- Working knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and hygiene compliance
- Ability to train, coach, and engage effectively with store operating teams
- Sound understanding of local food hygiene regulations and industry practices
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis to support audit findings
