What You Need to Do

• Monitor daily bakery production plans based on CyBake forecasts, ensuring production quantities and production waves are aligned with forecasted demand while minimizing overproduction.
• Monitor forecast vs. actual production, sales and wastage across assigned outlets, identify significant variances and follow up with relevant outlet teams to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet required Keells quality, food safety and hygiene standards by monitoring product appearance, weight, freshness, taste, presentation and compliance with approved SOPs.
• Maintain accurate production, sales and wastage records, prepare required CyBake reports and dashboards, analyze data and provide regular performance updates while escalating system or forecast-related issues.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers, Outlet Managers, Bakery Supervisors and bakery teams to ensure timely production, raw material availability, resolution of operational issues and compliance with production requirements.
• Identify recurring production, quality, sales and wastage issues, analyze root causes and recommend improvements while supporting outlet teams through guidance, training and effective follow-up.

What You Need

• Diploma, Higher Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Bakery, Hospitality, Business Management or a related field. Professional qualifications in bakery or food production will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 yearexperience in bakery production, food production, retail bakery or a similar operation, with experience in multi-outlet retail operations being an added advantage.
• Good understanding of bakery production processes, production planning, forecasting, food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales, production and wastage data, along with good Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/SAP or similar systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, problem-solving and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with outlet teams.
• A hands-on, disciplined, proactive and results-oriented individual with strong ownership and accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to identify issues, determine root causes and follow through until resolution.
