Executive - Property Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Search and present new property locations in given strategic areas for new outlets.
  • Submit statutory applications in a timely manner and obtain approvals and clearances for the proposed development from statutory authorities.
  • Draft required letters to stakeholders and maintain written communication with authorities and stakeholders.
  • Follow up and report the status of submitted approvals to the management and ensure all statutory approvals required for the construction of buildings are obtained according to given timelines.
  • Submit relevant paperwork required to obtain trade licenses and COCs and follow up on obtaining trade licenses and COCs as per the given timeline.

Person Specifications

  • Secondary level education would be considered a minimum requirement.
  • Experience working in the real estate or a retail business in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow-up on tasks. 
  • Good communication and networking skills.
