Executive - Property Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Search and present new property locations in given strategic areas for new outlets.
- Submit statutory applications in a timely manner and obtain approvals and clearances for the proposed development from statutory authorities.
- Draft required letters to stakeholders and maintain written communication with authorities and stakeholders.
- Follow up and report the status of submitted approvals to the management and ensure all statutory approvals required for the construction of buildings are obtained according to given timelines.
- Submit relevant paperwork required to obtain trade licenses and COCs and follow up on obtaining trade licenses and COCs as per the given timeline.
Person Specifications
- Secondary level education would be considered a minimum requirement.
- Experience working in the real estate or a retail business in a similar capacity.
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow-up on tasks.
- Good communication and networking skills.
