What you need to do
- Coordinate with suppliers and the Customer Care team to resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers to clear stocks with manufacturing defects.
- Perform supplier evaluation audits in terms of Food Safety and Quality Assurance aspects.
- Verify that product packaging materials/labels are in line with prevailing regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to suppliers to avoid regulatory non-compliances.
What you need
- Should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Food Science & Technology/Agriculture or Bioscience from a recognized University.
- A Diploma in Quality Management would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment.
- Experience in handling Quality/Food Safety Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001/FSSC 22000).
- Experience in food regulations and applications.
