Job Responsibilities

  • Manage direct selling activities across the Keells supermarket chain.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the implementation and execution of POSMs on time.
  • Drive brand partnership investments.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the implementation and execution of brand partnerships on time.
  • Negotiate new product launch packages with suppliers launching new items.
  • Identify and ensure the occupancy of spaces to be rented out.
  • Driving digital facility investments.

Person Specifications

  • Full or Part Qualification in CIMA, ACCA or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Analytics.
  • Distinctions for English and Mathematics in A/L and O/L examinations would be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with experience in FMCG will have a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Demonstratable aptitude for effective negotiation.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
