Job Responsibilities
- Manage direct selling activities across the Keells supermarket chain.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the implementation and execution of POSMs on time.
- Drive brand partnership investments.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the implementation and execution of brand partnerships on time.
- Negotiate new product launch packages with suppliers launching new items.
- Identify and ensure the occupancy of spaces to be rented out.
- Driving digital facility investments.
Person Specifications
- Full or Part Qualification in CIMA, ACCA or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Analytics.
- Distinctions for English and Mathematics in A/L and O/L examinations would be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG will have a distinct advantage.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Demonstratable aptitude for effective negotiation.
- Working knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
