Job Responsibilities

  • Managing direct selling activities across Keells supermarket chain and implementation of merchandizing facilitates to drive the additional income to the company in collaboration with cross functional departments.
  • Conduct operational audits and obtain periodic feedback to ensure the accuracy of asset implementation.
  • Responsible for approving point-of-sale material and artworks that are displayed at store level and website.
  • Negotiating and signing agreements with non- trading partners in consideration of providing value added services to customers of the supermarket chain. (e.g.- Banks, Telecommunication service providers).
  • Identifying new streams of non-trading income.

Person Specifications

  • Full or part qualification in CIMA/ACCA, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business management or Analytics.
  • Distinctions in English and Mathematics at A/L and O/L are an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG industry and a Sales background is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
  • Good command of the English language.
