Executive - Service Assurance

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve suitable scores on relevant audits conducted on a monthly basis.
  • Organize awareness sessions and increase customer service standards as per company processes.
  • Ensure compliance and take corrective actions where needed.
  • Conduct mentoring and coaching sessions for team members that need improvement.
  • Complete relevant audits on a monthly basis  based on the requirements that arise.
  • Carry out outlet visits on a monthly basis and follow up on needed next steps.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions for low scoring outlets of relevant audits.
  • Carry out special training sessions for outlets as per company requirements.
  • Organize regular training sessions for efficient check out and scale operations.
  • Improve the cashier scan rate and scale service as per set targets. 
  • Sustain “Multi skill bench strength” in outlets and achieve the CCTV capture targets.
  • Manage supplementary projects on a weekly/monthly basis.

Person Specifications

  • Should possess a Degree/Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Management, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in the retail sector. Previous work experience as a Human Resource Partner will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, innovation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion to enhance the customer relationship.
