Executive - Service Assurance
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve suitable scores on relevant audits conducted on a monthly basis.
- Organize awareness sessions and increase customer service standards as per company processes.
- Ensure compliance and take corrective actions where needed.
- Conduct mentoring and coaching sessions for team members that need improvement.
- Complete relevant audits on a monthly basis based on the requirements that arise.
- Carry out outlet visits on a monthly basis and follow up on needed next steps.
- Conduct refresher training sessions for low scoring outlets of relevant audits.
- Carry out special training sessions for outlets as per company requirements.
- Organize regular training sessions for efficient check out and scale operations.
- Improve the cashier scan rate and scale service as per set targets.
- Sustain “Multi skill bench strength” in outlets and achieve the CCTV capture targets.
- Manage supplementary projects on a weekly/monthly basis.
Person Specifications
- Should possess a Degree/Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Management, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Minimum two years’ experience in the retail sector. Previous work experience as a Human Resource Partner will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, innovation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion to enhance the customer relationship.
