Executive - Standard Assurance

What you need to do

  • Maintain accurate operational documentation and ensure timely updates.
  • Prepare, organize, and securely store records, reports, and process documentation.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare operational reports and dashboards with a high level of accuracy.
  • Analyse routine data to identify trends, gaps and compliance issues.
  • Ensure timely submission of KPI performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Identify deviations from standard procedures and escalate appropriately.
  • Assist in implementing corrective actions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate workflows across teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Follow up with operational, store and cross-functional teams on assigned activities.
  • Contribute to productivity and process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in process reviews and maintain updated documentation of improvements.
  • Suggest enhancements based on operational observations and data insights.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
  • A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Data Analysis or Computer Literacy will be an added advantage.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations administration, office coordination, or documentation roles.
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prepare reports and manage data accurately.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
