Executive - Standard Assurance
What you need to do
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and ensure timely updates.
- Prepare, organize, and securely store records, reports, and process documentation.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for day-to-day operations.
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards with a high level of accuracy.
- Analyse routine data to identify trends, gaps and compliance issues.
- Ensure timely submission of KPI performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Identify deviations from standard procedures and escalate appropriately.
- Assist in implementing corrective actions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate workflows across teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Follow up with operational, store and cross-functional teams on assigned activities.
- Contribute to productivity and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in process reviews and maintain updated documentation of improvements.
- Suggest enhancements based on operational observations and data insights.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Data Analysis or Computer Literacy will be an added advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations administration, office coordination, or documentation roles.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prepare reports and manage data accurately.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
