Executive - Support Services Training & Standards

What you need to do

  • Conduct decentralized, hands-on training at outlets for janitorial and outlet staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and cleaning standards.
  • Collaborate with Outlet Managers and service provider supervisors to schedule and deliver training sessions without disrupting operations.
  •  Provide on-the-job coaching, shadowing, and practical demonstrations to reinforce job responsibilities and service standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate outlet-level cleaning performance, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions in coordination with Support Services.
  •  Develop outlet-specific checklists, training materials, and handover guides to ensure sustained performance post-training.
  • Maintain training records, weekly progress reports, and SOP compliance summaries, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Track KPI-driven outcomes such as SOP audit scores, janitorial skill assessments, and staff capability improvements.
  • Reinforce awareness of job roles, operational priorities, and business objectives during training sessions.

 

What you need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum  2 years of experience in training, operations, or retail support services.
• Experience in supervising or coaching operational staff in retail, FMCG, or similar environments will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to deliver hands-on training, monitor performance, and improve SOP adherence across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills to assess SOP compliance and training effectiveness.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Adaptability to changing schedules and outlet environments.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
