Executive - Training Coordinator

What you need to do
- Coordinate and execute all learning and development programmes, including induction, compliance, technical, soft skills, health and safety, and business-driven training initiatives.
- Plan, maintain, and communicate annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc training calendars and schedules.
- Manage participant nominations, scheduling, attendance tracking, completion monitoring, and training communications.
- Monitor training pipeline progress, batch utilization, and employee learning pathway advancement to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain workforce readiness dashboards, training trackers, vacancy trackers, and deployment readiness reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Operations, and business stakeholders to align training outcomes with manpower requirements.
- Track OJT completion, competency sign-offs, certifications, mandatory training compliance, and employee readiness records.
- Support deployment planning by maintaining deployment-ready talent pools and identifying workforce readiness gaps or manpower risks.
- Coordinate training in logistics, resources, documentation, records management, and audit compliance to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Analyse training and readiness data, provide actionable insights, and escalate training delays, attendance gaps, or readiness risks impacting business operations
What you need
- Diploma or degree in human resource management, business administration, management, or a related field; professional HR qualifications are an added advantage.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in learning & development, HR Operations, training administration, workforce planning, talent development, or operations coordination.
- Experience in managing large-scale training programmes, employee development journeys, and workforce readiness initiatives; exposure to retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or similar operational environments is beneficial.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, and data analysis, with strong data management and reporting capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), training administration platforms, workforce readiness tracking, compliance reporting, and dashboard preparation.
- Strong organisational, administrative, documentation, and record-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple training and workforce readiness activities simultaneously.
