What You Need to Do
- Coordinate and arrange training programmes.
- Implement relevant examinations and prepare result sheets.
- Finalize examination results and calculate relevant incentive schemes for employees.
- Arrange reviews as required by the relevant stakeholders.
- Translate content from Sinhala to Tamil.
What You Need
- Partially completed degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration from a recognized university.
- Ability to translate Sinhala into Tamil.
- Ability to handle MS Office applications would be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
