Intern - Supply Chain Network Planning

What You Need to Do

• Monitor Loose Equipment (LE) stock and daily transactions.
• Follow up on outlet and DC transaction issues and incorrect postings.
• Identify and report abnormal LE stock, excess crates and transaction issues.
• Coordinate LE collection plans with relevant teams and support truck requirements.
• Support Fresh inventory-related activities and monitor stock movement.
• Prepare and update LE and operational reports.
• Monitor short-expiry stock and DC stock levels.
• Monitor receipts, rejections and exception reports and follow up on issues.
• Support RC collection targets, stock checks, returns and Tuesday/Friday JMSL sample reports.

What You Need

• Fully or partly qualified in a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on operational issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach to work.
