Junior Executive - Customer Care

What you need to do

  • As a customer service professional, you will be the point person for the Keells brand and customers.
  • Professionally handle all  inquiries from customers which come through customer contact center ,respond accordingly, and resolve them effectively
  • Manage and support the development of customer care agents
  • Think out of the box and find solutions for customer issues
  • Consistent demonstration of high levels of customer service standards and professional customer management
  • Respond, investigate and resolve all customer complaints in accordance with company SOPs and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize own workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Take ownership for all customer follow-ups and log actions at all times

What you need

  • A Customer care mindset and ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in languages(bilingual)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Diploma in call center management or a similar educational qualification.
  • Computer literacy skills in using PCs and associated networks and systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders across different levels.
  • Ability to take on challenges and work on stretched targets and timelines.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to think out of the box and give appropriate resolutions to customers.
