Project Executive - Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for in-house projects.
  • Provide accurate estimations for construction projects.
  • Monitor construction progress on-site and authorize interim and final payments based on work completed.
  • Participate in procurement and tendering activities within the Projects department.
  • Manage direct ordering of items related to construction activities.

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of quantity surveying functions.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
