Project Executive - Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for in-house projects.
- Provide accurate estimations for construction projects.
- Monitor construction progress on-site and authorize interim and final payments based on work completed.
- Participate in procurement and tendering activities within the Projects department.
- Manage direct ordering of items related to construction activities.
Person Specifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of quantity surveying functions.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop effective solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
