Projects Executive - Mechanical Engineering

What You Need to Do

• Evaluate and monitor mechanical installations, including generators, food preparation machinery, hoists, and other related systems, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate and oversee the commissioning of new mechanical installations with contractors, ensuring quality completion with minimal defects and rework.
• Collaborate with the Electrical Engineering team to conduct energy audits and implement identified energy-saving initiatives.
• Identify and recommend improvements and innovative solutions for existing mechanical systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate mechanical works related to refits, renovations, and upgrades at existing outlets.
• Coordinate with contractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and English language skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office Suite, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A goal-oriented, reliable, and collaborative team player with strong initiative, accountability, and people-management skills.
