Senior Executive - Finance

Job Responsibilities

• Own and manage intercompany accounting end-to-end.
• Detailed general ledger (GL) account and budget ownership, including analysis, and forecasting.
• Lead and develop team members, providing guidance, reviewing work, and on-the-job coaching.
• Champion process improvements and value-adding analyses, actively leading system enhancements and project initiatives.
• Support business decision-making through financial analyses and insights, as well as preparing financial reports of assigned areas and departments.
• Monitor the accounting functions of assigned outlets, collection centers and training centers to maintain smooth day-to-day financial operations.
• Review, validate, and maintain ageing accruals and provisions.

Person Specifications

• Reading for a strategic-level qualification in CA, CIMA, or ACCA.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience. Prior experience in intercompany reporting, reconciliations and/or external auditing will be a distinct advantage.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and a sound understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills a collaborative team player who can engage confidently with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges, learn continuously, and improve work processes.
• Ability to work under pressure with determination to meet strict deadlines.
