Senior Executive - IT Support & Operations

What You Need to Do

• Own incident, request, and problem management, ensuring SLA compliance, effective escalation, root-cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.
• Drive IT service excellence and operational improvements through automation, monitoring, knowledge management, service reporting, documentation, and adoption of ITIL-aligned support practices.
• Lead Application Support team by providing required support for internal team, manage users, outlets, and corporate locations, ensuring high availability and timely resolution of critical IT incidents.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues, manage service performance, and drive continuous improvement of IT support services.
• Collaborate with Dev teams, project teams and all stakeholders in produce releases, application go live / launch etc,
• Service level, Productivity and efficiency improvement of internal teams by introducing tools and technologies, process analysis and improvements and other team development activities.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computing, Information Technology or any other relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
• Sound knowledge of application configuration and change management.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management technologies.
• Strong presentation, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently when required.
