Senior Executive - Lead Software Engineer

What you need to do

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, maintenance and support of business applications and systems.
• Ensure adherence to modern architectural principles, including microservices, SaaS integrations, scalable application design, security best practices and performance optimization.
• Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with coding standards and development best practices.
• Manage software development activities, project implementations, testing, deployments, production releases, and change management processes to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Manage application integrations, APIs, middleware services, and third-party systems while ensuring compliance with IT governance, security standards, audit requirements and documentation practices.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and technology innovation aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure timely resolution of application-related incidents and provide ongoing production support.

What you need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development
• Strong experience in software architecture, enterprise application design, API integrations, cloud technologies, and scalable systems development.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
• DevOps practices, and secure software development standards.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
