Executive - Omnichannel Marketing & Trade
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end planning of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring alignment across performance and brand marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize and dispatch weekly campaign schedules efficiently.
- Work with internal teams to create brand-aligned content that meets campaign objectives.
- Plan and implement trade campaigns across omnichannel platforms in coordination with developers and trade teams.
- Collaborate with data teams to analyze campaign results and generate actionable insights for future planning.
- Identify and manage sellable digital assets to drive incremental revenue through sponsored placements and partnerships.
- Support external partners in executing campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Track campaign metrics and make timely system adjustments to maintain performance and integrity.
- Ensure promotional content is effectively deployed across omnichannel platforms.
- Maintain strong coordination with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver campaign success.
Person Specifications
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a relevant Professional Qualification.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing, social media and digital campaigns, with an eagerness to learn best practices.
- Familiarity with communication and analytics platforms, with the ability to support campaign monitoring will be an advantage.
- Exposure to e-commerce, trade promotions and omnichannel campaigns (web, app, social) will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with agencies, design teams, or cross-functional teams.
- Ability to create simple, brand-aligned content for digital channels.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills to support projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a willingness to learn and improve
