Executive - Operations Audit

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% completion of department and counter standards audits in accordance with the audit schedule.
• Visit all outlets, boarding places the Distribution Centre and collection centers on a monthly basis as per the audit planner to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Achieve 100% accuracy in the audits conducted, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and addressed.
• Maintain complete transparency throughout the audit process, fostering trust and clarity at all audited locations.
• Conduct accurate "Gap Scan" audits to identify process gaps and ensure product availability on the shop floor and provide recommendations for improvements based on audit findings.
• While conducting audits, perform relevant activities to ensure that outlets adhere to the correct practices consistently.
• Understand and communicate potential improvements to outlets based on audit findings and provide actionable feedback and guidance for enhancement.
• Ensure all department SOP manuals are up-to-date and reflect the agreed-upon guidelines from the audits conducted.

Person Specifications

• Possess a Degree/ Advance Diploma in Business Management or an Equivalent Qualification from a Recognized University.
• Possess a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Computer literacy. 
• Minimum 2 year’s work experience in a retail store environment and working as a Dry Supervisor or Store Supervisor will be an added advantage.
