Job Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Support campus hiring initiatives and career fair activities.
- Communicate with candidates professionally regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding steps.
- Assist HR team in employee onboarding and documentation tasks when required.
- Perform other administrative duties related to HR Recruitment process.
Person Specifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of HR and recruitment concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and attention to detail.
