Intern - Project Management

What you need to do
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
- Support project tracking activities by monitoring action items, following up on milestones, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, track key decisions, and facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation repositories, and progress updates to ensure information is current and readily accessible.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test scheduling, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist in monitoring project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns as appropriate.
- Prepare meeting minutes, project presentations, and reports to support project governance and decision-making.
- Contribute to project closure activities, including the compilation of project documentation, lessons learned, final reports, and handover documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, processes, and documentation requirements.

What you need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
