Area Sales Manager

The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products and other food products categories & solutions under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key accounts to maximize volume, revenue, and profit in order to achieve company objectives.
- Effectively managing Sales & Distribution activities, internal and external communication to strengthen partnerships with customers.
- Manage sales team and distributors in the channel
Person Specifications
- Possess a minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience in sales or a key account management role in a particular region or territory
- Demonstrate prior exposure to FMCG sector will be an added advantage
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance
- Strong Negotiation Skills & Communication Skills
