Area Sales Manager

Our company possesses ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System Certifications. The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products and other food products categories & solutions under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain key accounts to maximize volume, revenue, and profit in order to achieve company objectives. 
  • Effectively managing Sales & Distribution activities, internal and external communication to strengthen partnerships with customers.   
  • Manage sales team and distributors in the channel

Person Specifications

  • Possess a minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience in sales or a key account management role in a particular region or territory
  • Demonstrate prior exposure to FMCG sector will be an added advantage
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance
  • Strong Negotiation Skills & Communication Skills
