Assistant Manager - Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities
- Executing factory Civil projects to meet the short/long term objectives of the company.
- Maintenance of all buildings and facilities in accordance with global manufacturing hygiene.
- Designing Construction strategies, procedures and methods to achieve the KPI’s.
- Ensuring the execution of effective preventive Building and utility supply maintenance program
- Building construction planning
- Developing project cost estimates and take necessary steps to prepare proposals on improvements and prepare BOQ, QS reports and Quotation Evaluations
- Managing the utility supply of the factory (Fire Hydrant system, Racking systems and drainage system, and Water supply system)
- Executing factory civil projects to meet the short/long term objectives of the company.
- Conducting periodic audits on project performance and sustainability initiatives.
- Creating positive team culture while collaborating with cross-functional peer’s and leaders to deliver projects.
- Adhering to safety, quality, budget specifications and developing preliminary engineering designs device specifications to deliver desired results.
- Complying with all environmental, occupational safety and health policies and standards.
Person Specifications
- B.Sc. (Civil Eng) Degree with 2 years hand on experience or Civil Eng Diploma with 4 years’ experience
- Ability and willingness to work on extended hours.
- Being a TMP/ 5S practitioner.
- Knowledge of 5S and SAP PM with 1 years’ experience in the Food Industry will be an added advantage.
