The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products and other food products categories & solutions under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive performance by monitoring and achieving established targets to ensure company volume and the revenue goals
- Oversee and execute effective merchandising activities to guarantee optimal product availability, visibility, stock rotation, and quality within the trade
- Engage with key customers and conduct regular distributor visits to assess the service levels to an un-interrupted product distribution
- Analyze customer credit behavior and effectively manage the debtor cycle to ensure accurate and efficient debt management
- Develop accurate sales forecasts by anticipating and responding proactively to changes in market demand. Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Drive business development initiatives across channels to expand market presence, increase market share, and deliver sustainable growth.
Person Specifications
- MBA / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
- Posses a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales
- Decision making and problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, work under pressure
- Demonstrate prior exposure to FMCG sector will be an added advantage
