Coaching Executive (Sales)

The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products, and soya range products under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to coach and guide Sales Representatives on effective selling techniques, route planning, and in-store execution

Observe sales calls, provide real-time feedback, and reinforce best practices to enhance field force performance

Identify skill gaps and deliver on-the-job training sessions to build sales capability aligned with company standards.

Track progress of coached individuals and submit structured reports on behavioral improvement and development outcomes

Support sales initiatives and ensure execution excellence by promoting availability, visibility and compliance in trade.

Person Specifications

BSc in Sales Management, Human Resource Management, Training and Development or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of field sales experience (Preferably with exposure to general trade or Horeca channels)

Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills are essential to influence and develop frontline sales teams.

The candidate should be self-driven, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a field-based environment

A valid riding license is required.
