The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products, and soya range products under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing daily production processes during the shift.
- Managing quality systems and other related documentation.
- Managing labour and production efficiencies.
- Ensure timely production confirmation and material reservation in SAP and maintain daily production reports.
- Maintaining minimum stock variances in production processes.
Person Specifications
B. Sc.in Food Science Technology/ or a similar qualification
1- 2-year experience in FMCG industry
Knowledge in MS Office including MS Word and MS Excel and SAP systems.
Excellent skills in Negotiation and Team working.
