Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end sales funnel and operational metrics, providing regular insights to support business performance
- Identify sales process bottlenecks and operational inconsistencies, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and standardize business reporting frameworks to support strategic analysis and internal performance reviews
- Assist in analyzing business reports and conducting focus group surveys, compile comprehensive reports and present key findings and recommendations to senior management
- Analyze Redistribution (RD) KPIs to generate actionable insights and communicate recommendations to the Sales Team to improve efficiency and drive RD performance
Person Specifications
- MBA / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
- Posses a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales
- Decision making and problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, work under pressure
- Demonstrate prior exposure to FMCG sector will be an added advantage
