The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products and other food products categories & solutions under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Trade Marketing strategy aligned with the proposed outlet classification, including a detailed blueprint of merchandising materials tailored to each outlet type to create an optimal in-store experience
- Design and execute channel-focused trade marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence, including shop facades, distributor boards, branded distribution vehicles, and trade visibility materials.
- Ensure the effective utilization and monitoring of company assets in collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, and Planning teams, while supporting the procurement, repair, and maintenance processes for freezers and other trade assets.
Person Specifications
- MBA / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
- Posses a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales
- Decision making and problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, work under pressure
- Demonstrate prior exposure to FMCG sector will be an added advantage
