Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and business application-related issues.
• Assist users with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and software applications.
• Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of IT systems and business applications.
• Log, monitor, and follow up on IT support requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the relevant support teams where necessary.
• Assist in the setup, deployment, and maintenance of IT equipment and user devices.
• Support user account administration and access management processes.
• Assist with IT asset management and the maintenance of inventory records.
• Provide support for end-user training and technology-related initiatives.
• Perform other IT support and administration-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• CCNA qualification will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Patience, persistence, and a willingness to learn.
