We are seeking a dynamic individual to for the role of Manager – IT Projects & Digital Transformation to lead and execute IT initiatives across the sector. This role involves managing end-to-end IT projects, ensuring seamless integration of technology across business units, and spearheading digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth. Responsibilities include overseeing IT project delivery, collaborating with CEOs and business heads, driving innovative solutions such as IoT and AI, and ensuring compliance with IT governance frameworks.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with sound experience in IT project management. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in digital transformation strategies are essential. Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industries and certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL will be an added advantage.
